Mental health care that feels human.
Inner Anchor Wellness was founded in 2025 with a simple belief: people deserve mental health care that feels as human as they are.
Therapy shouldn’t feel clinical, cold, or like you’re just another name on a schedule. And it shouldn’t be about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. We believe you were never broken to begin with.
Instead, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, understand yourself a little more deeply, and feel supported as you navigate whatever life brings your way.
The name Inner Anchor comes from the idea that, while we can’t always control the storms around us, we can learn to build a stronger sense of steadiness within ourselves. Our goal is to help people develop that inner anchor—the ability to come back to themselves, even when life feels uncertain, overwhelming, or messy.
Who We Are
We do therapy a little differently.
In 2026, Inner Anchor Wellness grew from a solo practice into a group practice, allowing us to bring together clinicians who share the same philosophy while bringing their own personalities, experiences, and areas of expertise to the work.
What sets us apart isn’t just what we do. It’s how we do it.
We are passionate about finding creative, thoughtful ways to provide mental health care that actually meets people where they are. We don’t believe there is one right way to be a therapist, and we certainly don’t believe there is one right way to be a client.
Our clinicians draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and perspectives, but the foundation remains the same: relationship first.
We want our clients to feel seen—not analyzed.
Heard—not judged.
Supported—not told what they should be doing.
We believe therapy works best when you can show up as your whole self. The polished parts. The complicated parts. The parts you understand and the parts you don’t quite have words for yet.
More than a therapy appointment.
We created Inner Anchor Wellness to be a practice where people feel genuinely cared for.
That means building a team of clinicians who are not only highly skilled, but who are compassionate, curious, authentic, and deeply invested in the people they work with. We believe our clinicians’ personalities matter. Humor matters. Connection matters. Feeling comfortable enough to be yourself matters.
We also believe mental health care shouldn’t have to fit inside a box.
Sometimes therapy looks like sitting quietly and processing something you’ve carried for years. Sometimes it looks like learning a new skill, making sense of a pattern, laughing at something that is actually pretty ridiculous, or finally putting words to something you’ve never been able to explain.
Our work may incorporate approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, humanistic therapy, CBT, and other evidence-based practices—but we don’t believe in forcing people into a particular modality. We believe the therapy should fit the person, not the other way around.
A practice built around people.
As Inner Anchor has grown, our mission has stayed the same: to make mental health care feel more accessible, genuine, and connected.
We are intentional about who joins our team because we know that the right therapist can make an incredible difference in someone’s life.
Our clinicians work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, athletes, parents, professionals, and people navigating all kinds of transitions and challenges. While each clinician has their own specialties and style, they share a commitment to creating a space where clients can be honest, curious, and fully themselves.
We don’t expect you to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need.
You don’t need the perfect words.
You just need to come as you are.
We’ll meet you there.
Find Your Anchor.
Life will always have its storms. Our hope is that therapy can help you feel a little more grounded in the middle of them—and a little more connected to the person you are underneath all the expectations, responsibilities, and noise.
Because therapy isn’t about becoming someone different.
It’s about getting to know yourself, making space for all of you, and finding your way back to your own anchor.
Welcome to Inner Anchor Wellness.
