Allie Lee, LCSW

I’m Allie, a former U.S. Ski Team athlete turned professional listener. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t exactly traditional - and that’s something I value deeply. My experiences as an athlete, along with the many different chapters that came before becoming a clinician, have shaped the way I understand people, relationships, identity, and the pressures we carry.

As a therapist, I want you to feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported - not judged or analyzed from a distance. I bring deep empathy, curiosity, humor, and a little bit of charisma into the therapy room because I believe therapy can be both meaningful and human. I want our work together to feel like a place where you can show up as your whole self, including the parts that may feel complicated, messy, or difficult to understand.

I’m especially passionate about helping people who are navigating transitions in identity, performance, relationships, or life direction. My background as a high-level athlete gives me a unique perspective when working with young athletes and performers who are trying to balance who they are with who they feel they are expected to be. I also enjoy working with driven professionals and executives who understand how to perform at a high level but may be struggling with what happens when the pressure comes off.

At the heart of my work is connection. I want my clients to feel like they have someone in their corner, someone who will sit with them in the hard moments, celebrate the wins, challenge them when needed, and remind them that they don't have to figure everything out alone.

Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and grounded in the belief that you don't have to become a different person to feel better. You deserve a space where you can be fully yourself, feel a sense of belonging, and begin building a life that feels like your own.
